trying to buy bundle, but the page tells me it's "out of stock." How can it be out of stock, it doesn't even exist yet. I want to get Idiot Club membership to get early access to tour tickets.

Hello,

Today I ordered the UNO DOS TRE Ultimate Box Set, but unfortunately have been met with disappointment upon my order. I received a confirmation email to confirm my order was charged, however did not receive the follow up email providing me with my digital single downloads and idiot club membership. I placed my order today because of the earlier announcement on facebook and the website suggesting to purchase today due to a massive announcement tomorrow. As I have not been sent my idiot club membership code, I can not join and am concerned that I will miss out on the opportunity tomorrow, despite paying $95 for the ultimate box set today. I have been a huge Green Day fan and supporter for the past 11 years and am hoping this problem with rhinorecords ordering system will be resolved immediately.

Hi, I just want to say that in 2010 i traveled from Naples to Venice and waited for 12 hours beneath the sun only for you. Same thing on Sectember 2...I know I'm not the only one but now I'm really in pieces because it was a present for me from my parents and I think the least you can do is send me 2 autographs(One is for my brother) of Billie, Mike and Trè. By the way I'll be at your concert next summer in Italy again, hoping that there will not be a third disaster! A long hug.

Green Day was the first band I got in to as a kid and I've just been heartbroken to find out they're playing down the road from me tomorrow (Shepards Bush) and all the tickets are sold out :'( To twist the knife they aren't even playing another venue!!
