Hello,

Today I ordered the UNO DOS TRE Ultimate Box Set, but unfortunately have been met with disappointment upon my order. I received a confirmation email to confirm my order was charged, however did not receive the follow up email providing me with my digital single downloads and idiot club membership. I placed my order today because of the earlier announcement on facebook and the website suggesting to purchase today due to a massive announcement tomorrow. As I have not been sent my idiot club membership code, I can not join and am concerned that I will miss out on the opportunity tomorrow, despite paying $95 for the ultimate box set today. I have been a huge Green Day fan and supporter for the past 11 years and am hoping this problem with rhinorecords ordering system will be resolved immediately.
