This right here makes me sick. Handguns, Assault Rifles, Shotguns, they don't kill people, people kill people. Hearing this from my idol is like a kick in the heart. Getting rid of guns means taking them out of responsible gun owners as well. 2nd Amendment people! If guns are banned, it will only create a black market, or some other way for criminals to obtain weapons. Would you rather have an unarmed school staff in a banned weapon world, and have a criminal find a way to obtain a gun, and attack a helpless school? OR, would you have a well armed school with staff that is trained to defend? There are way more responsible gun owners than unresponsible. I feel the way to go is to boost the eye and care on the mental.
