you know the 'funny' thing? i dont know of one fan who didn't agree with a single word said that night. i know i did. it wasn't big headed, it wasn't a stunt, it wasn't a 'do you know who i am?' it was the truth.
i'll be honest...if you're in america and the dates were cancelled...you cant be as 'upset' as someone in another country can be. so if something happens to emirates i've got less of a chance of seeing GD sooner than anyone stateside has. it's disappointing, but as americans, you know you'll see them again. anyone not in america will have to wait far longer.
i understand the disappointment. there's still no real details, and it's really not our business. i think someone up there was working the entire band too hard, there's stuff GD were doing that they wouldnt normally do and i didn't get it. but people are right. health is most important. the albums are going down a storm and even though there's not a version of publicity, there's still a strong presence. we'll all see them again one way or another, no matter what happens.
