  • During Green Day's concert at Starland Ballroom in New Jersey on Wednesday night, Billie Joe Armstrong had some choice words for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, sarcastically calling him "New York's finest" during the concert.

    While performing their rollicking "Holiday," a song that rails against U.S. political conservatism from 2004's still resonant American Idiot, Armstrong directed the venue to turn out the lights and the band extended the song as Armstrong spoke.

    GREEN DAY KICK OFF SOLD OUT U.S. CLUB TOUR TONIGHT

    MAKE UP DATES ANNOUNCED

    REVOLUTION RADIO DUE OCTOBER 7TH FROM REPRISE RECORDS

    September 26th, 2016 — (Los Angeles, CA) — Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees and Grammy Award-winning rock band Green Day will kick off their SOLD OUT U.S. club tour tonight in Columbus, OH at Newport Music Hall.  The tour is in support of their upcoming 12th studio album, Revolution Radio, which will be released by Reprise Records on October 7th

     

    Green Day also announced make up dates for the three shows they postponed last week.
