We're just one month away from the annual Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Every living artist entering the institution — a list that includes Green Day, Joan Jett and Bill Withers — is likely to be on hand, and they're going to be joined by Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, John Mayer and many others. None of the new inductees are strangers to the stage — Paul and Ringo even played at Cleveland's Public Hall, site of this year's ceremony, back in 1964. So we've assembled 10 fantastic live performances from the new class.
The lure of free food won out over the inconvenience of rain and mud as TV's Rachael Ray hosted her eighth annual Feedback food and music party at South By Southwest on Saturday (March 21) at Stubb's Barbeque.
Despite intermittent rain throughout the six-hour, free and open to the public event – which has been a high-profile highlight of the annual SXSW schedule since its inception – lines stretched well beyond the entrance for much of the time.
Writer-director Frank Whaley, primarily a busy film and TV actor ("Field of Dreams," "Ray Donovan"), has crafted a tender, evocative tale of an unlikely friendship in his fourth outing behind the camera, "Like Sunday, Like Rain."
The title, which evokes some lost Neil Diamond song, refers to a music composition written by 12-year-old Reggie (Julian Shatkin), a cello prodigy and all-around brainiac who lives in hollow luxury on Manhattan's Upper West Side with his tense, dismissive mother, Barbara (Debra Messing).

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced presenters for this year's ceremony: Paul McCartney will induct Ringo Starr, Stevie Wonder will speak on Bill Withers, Patti Smith will intro Lou Reed, Peter Wolf will show praise to the Paul Butterfield Blues Band, Fall Out Boy will discuss Green Day, John Mayer will pay tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble and Steve Cropper will extol The "5" Royales. Organizers have yet to announce who will induct Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.
