Hi guys. Wonder what you might think of my kids' songs...Winston (9) did the drums, lyrics/vocals and bass and wants to be a drummer, like Tré, and was stoked to learn bass and guitar when he saw Billie Joe writing songs on all the instruments on Quarto! His brother, Spencer (12) does the guitar on these songs.

I know you guys probably get
I know you guys probably get a lot of requests. But this one is different and I hope someone can pass this along to the band.
I'll be attending Tuesday's concert in Berkley with a very special woman. Her name is Joyce Rusinak.
Joyce has been battling ALS for some years now and is completely paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair. She can only communicate by using a special computer that scans her retina and from that her thoughts are made into speech.
Every time I see Joyce, JR to family & friends, I am blown away by her courage and determination to not let this horrid disease kill her spirit. Music and wine are her two greatest joys. She'll be damned if this disease will stop that! JR still enjoys wine (either by having her nurse dribble some on her tongue or via a feeding tube) and tries to make it to shows when her favorite bands are in town.
Green Day is one of her all time favorites and it would be awesome if the boys dedicated a song to her. Meeting them would be a dream .
You have no idea what this would mean to her.

The lads of Green Day performed an amazing show in Toronto Ontario, Canada the other night. I can't wait untill the next time they come to town. Please guys sooner, rather then later. It was a fantastic evening. Bringing the young lad on stage during Longview. Fantastic!!! You guys sounded great, a very enjoyable evening. Top notch entertainment value. Hey Green Day!! Last night in toronto, April 11, 2013, Billy Joe you made my son's Dream come true! He is truly one of your biggest fans and you pulled him up on stage! He is a muscian himself, has his own band Cold Blooded hero, He has dreamt of singing with you onstage since he was a little wee thing! My son David grew up listening to you guys, his Dad and I are huge fans as well! He took a Selfie photo with you on stage, AWSOME!!! but when he jumped off stage his phone fell out of his pocket! Not so Awsome!!! But non the less he said it was worth losing his phone, Last night you made my son's dream come true, for that I will be forever grateful! You guys rock!

It´s 10 years ago I startet
It´s 10 years ago I startet listen to Green day and i remember that day i first hear the musik and i´m blown away!!! Some things have changed and i grow up with this musik!! I have all of your albums and singles and many more stuff ( and also listen Pinhead gunpowder , The Frustrators and Foxboro Hottubs,awesome bands keep moving on!!) I love every single day i spent time to listening to the musik , i love eyery line of the songs you wrote! You always be there!!! You changed my live in so many ways!!!! It´s my drug, it´s the air that i breave!!! So i wanna say thank you that you are the band that you are!!! And don´t give a F.....! what some people say!!!

i really want to met the band and i am huge fan and i have been a fan for a long time and it all ways been my dream to met them and seeing them play last night was amazing and i wish i was one of the kids to get pick on stage to sing with billie joe armstrong
Just saw the guys in Brooklyn
Just saw the guys in Brooklyn last night- as much as I enjoyed the show there were some real 'what ???!!??' afterthoughts. I get they were promoting the 3 newer albums on this tour- but the playlist missed a lot. From 21st Century Breakdown - they only played ‘Know Your Enemy’. No ‘21st Century Breakdown’ or ‘21 Guns’! And from American Idiot- only the first 4 tracks were performed; much of the album was missed, including ‘Wake Me Up When September Ends’. What hit me most is they didn’t play 'Good Riddance'. I was bewildered when the lights came on at the end, I've seen them live several times and that song always closed the show.

What time does Green Day typically go on stage? Tix say 8:00 p.m., but not sure if that means opening band or Green Day - just trying to figure out what time to pick up my kids from Brooklyn show.
