I was looking forward to seeing green day play at voodoo this year i think it was a cop out fucker can be on the voice and helping christina out but he they can't make it to voodoo that's fucked it's ok really after the first 3 albums they started going down hill and sold their souls to pop kiddy sounding music just do us all a favor and quit if i was to see billie joe on the street i'd prolly kick him in the nuts.. Alot of ppl paid damn good money to go to voodoo and see them

I wish you a good rehab Billie! I hope it will be as short as possible! Don't warry about what peolpe say or think about you, I'm sure you know yourself how to do! I'm a father too, your kids will give you the right power and motivation to go on, they are your fans N°1 all the rest doesn't matter!

Suggested disappointed fan read: The Giving Tree, Shel Silverstein. Thanks Billie & Green Day for all that you give and continue to give. Take care of yourselves and your families. We'll live w/o you headlining VooDoo.

Thanks to Mike Dirnt and the words that reset my thinking. I mean of course I want Billie to get healthy. But I got a bit caught up in my sadness and disappointment w Voodoo. I'm east coast and I bought tickets and airfare in May, when Green Day was announced to play. Now I got a 3 day ticket. I have airfare. What's the point???

So now I will look forward to January. But YOU GUYS, Green Day, need to push back on the label. I'm guessing they were pushing to hard for promotional appearances. And sure, you need some, but you ain't spring chickens anymore. I'm older, so I can say that.

Of course we are understanding. We wouldn't be fans otherwise. Take your time and come back stronger - all of you! Rage and love <3
